How to use CallPilot — plan calls, remember people, and stay connected

Welcome

CallPilot helps you plan important calls, organize contacts into groups, set reminders, and run call trees. Everything stays on your device — no account required.

Use the main tabs for Home, Plans, To Do, Call Tree, and SMS (Pro). Manage Contacts and Groups from Settings.

Getting started

You can deny a permission and still use other features. CallPilot will show how to enable it later in Settings.

Call plans & reminders

Create a plan for a contact or group, set when you want to be reminded, and track status as you go.

Contacts

Manage contacts and groups from Settings. With contacts permission, you can import from your device address book.

Groups

Organize contacts into groups — for example family, clients, or a project team.

Call Tree

Schedule a sequence of calls to multiple people — from favorites, phone contacts, or a group (group members are added individually; duplicates are skipped).

CallPilot guides the sequence and opens your Phone app for each call. It cannot fully control live cellular calls; when phone permission is granted, it places calls as directly as the OS allows.

SMS (CallPilot Pro)

In CallPilot Pro, open the SMS tab to select multiple contacts and groups, type a message, and open your Messages app. You confirm Send — CallPilot does not send SMS silently.

Free CallPilot prompts you to install CallPilot Pro for SMS and for unlimited plans, todos, groups, and call trees.

Privacy

CallPilot is local-first: no login and no CallPilot cloud sync. Plans, contacts you manage in-app, and call trees stay on your device. See the full Privacy Policy.
